Spiritual Questions. The Spiritual Path.

Q: I want to advance in the spiritual path . How much time should I devote to meditation?

A: The spiritual path is the way of life , is not the time dedicated to an specific practice . Meditation is not supposed to give results because of a specific time , rather by the depth of the meditation . Then , the spiritual progress is not measured by means of the time devoted to meditation .

Giving and Receiving.

To teach is to learn. Every small or large knowledge is based on the effort of Giving and Receiving.If I share my bread, heaven will share its glory. If I share my dreams, Truth will share the supreme reality with me.

I promise that I will reach my destiny, I will reveal the path, I will know in truth what's in that eternity. And that young man went to the sea and among waves and wind, he searched and searched until almost with no breath left, lost in the horizon, he found himself at the doors of heaven.

And a voice said: What are you looking for? This is not your time, neither your place yet, go back to the sea and to the earth where you came from. I know very well that you want to know if there was happiness here and why the ones who left never go back to earth. And for your dedication and effort I will reveal you a secret: This is the region of eternal peace, and the doors are open to the ones who deserve to enter but there is a sacred clock which is time, that can never be moved forward or backwards. You, as everyone else have your place here, but at this time, you only need to know that you don't need to travel for any other path which is not your own original path.

What happens if I am traveling in a very luxurious ship, something like the Titanic, and it begins to sink. Where is all my Success? I understand that these are extreme situations, but I would like to show that those were Successful cases, but Success is something more personal.
I think that the meaning of Success is to have Peace and I consider Peace to be successful in plenitude, even more, when I want to, and I can, communicate this Peace to the other persons. Also, when I can make good , fervent, positive changes in my environment and it does not matter if they are small.
I consider the Success to be as follows: To help, to collaborate, to strengthen, to stimulate the good health of a child, his education, his food, the security of his environment. To stop the killing of animals. To bring a person to have faith, to have Love.

Meditation

When we experience a deeper meditation, then we not only discover calm and silence but also understanding, sensibility and creativity. Since, when we meditate we are not closing the doors to the world, but just the opposite happens, since we unite more to it, but in a special way that is deeper and perfect, since the calm and the silence guide us to regions of love and forgiveness, where we become better persons and also more loving since we develop the peace that gives wisdom and humility. Therefore, we will be renovated young, of eternal spirit because we are in the process of discovering the value of recognizing and appreciating. In this way meditation unites us to the path of love and spiritual life.
